Vehicles involved in a fatal car crash early Sunday morning on Wakefield Quay, Nelson. A woman has died after a car crash on State Highway 6 in Nelson on Sunday, which injured two other people. The 30-year-old woman died at Christchurch Hospital on Monday morning, police said. Police were notified at 12.15am on Sunday that a car had collided with a pole on Wakefield Quay, near Nelson CBD. Police continued to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
