Photo: NZMEA woman who died after being stabbed in the Auckland suburb of Te Atatu was reportedly enjoying a "girls' day" out and had been at the property to have her nails and lashes done. The body of the woman, believed to be a mother of two, was taken from the scene last night, as family performed a haka. Police were called to a house on School Rd shortly after 4pm following reports a woman had been stabbed. A witness at the scene described seeing a woman in her 20s or 30s being taken away by police. The dead woman, who had reportedly been on a 'girls' day' and at the house to get her nails done, was in her mid-30s and had two children according to Fairfax.
