A woman is in a critical condition after a car and truck collided on State Highway 3A in Taranaki. Emergency services were called to the highway, also known as Mountain Road, at Waiongana north of Inglewood just before 8pm. The woman who was the sole occupant of the car, was airlifted to hospital in a critical condition. Diversions are in place off SH3A at Inglewood and further north at Manutahi Road and Davis Road.
