KUALA PILAH: Fatimah Abdullah, the 51-year-old woman charged with slicing off her husband’s penis in January, was today given a discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) by the Sessions Court here. Fatimah was accused of slicing off her husband’s penis at a house in Batu Kikir, Jempol, at 1.20am on Jan 20. She was charged under Section 326 of the Penal Code for intentionally causing injury by a dangerous weapon against Umar with a knife. She pleaded guilty when she was first charged on Jan 28. The court ruled that the prosecution may re-file the case when Umar returns to Malaysia.
