A police cordon is set up outside a house on Ferguson St in Hastings where a man was found dead on Monday night. Neighbours of the Hastings house where a man was found dead say they heard screaming and saw suspicious activity there in the days leading up to the death. There was "always lots of arguing, carrying on" at the house being investigated, the neighbour said"Sometimes her partner goes there. "My partner saw about eight [people] come running out of the house on Monday night into the shed." Another neighbour said his partner saw the group of men flee the scene in a purple car on Monday night.
