(File photo)A woman has been charged following an alleged assault on another woman at Christchurch’s popular Margaret Mahy Playground. The incident happened at the Armagh St playground, in central Christchurch, about 1pm on March 21. Supplied Margaret Mahy playground was a product of the Government’s recovery plan following the February 2011 earthquake and opened on December 22, 2015. St John spokesman Gerard Campbell said a woman was taken to Christchurch Hospital with serious injuries.
