The customer said she was charged for posting a review after signing up to a free trial of food subscription service My Farm Fresh Box. However they advised that she would get her £50 back if she deleted the 'negative' review from TrustPilot. Under the terms and conditions on My Farm Fresh Box's website, it claims it will charge customers who leave negative reviews £50. My Farm Fresh Box said: "The fine is in place to cover legal costs should we decide to go down this route to have the fake review removed."
