SIBU: Police have arrested an Indonesian woman who allegedly hurled fireworks into a house, all because the occupant owes her RM320. The fireworks blast damaged the ceiling of the house, with losses estimated at RM2,000. The 33-year-old occupant of the house was shocked when she heard a loud sound in her rented house in Jalan Makmur at 1.30am last Thursday. Sibu OCPD Asst Comm Saiful Bahri Abdullah said police had detained the 35-year-old suspect and are investigating the case under Section 435 for causing mischief using fireworks.
