"The victim fought for his life and managed to break free, while the suspect, who is the woman's boyfriend, fled the scene. "Further investigation showed that about a week before the incident, the wife had repeatedly questioned her husband about his savings and insurance policies," he said in a statement Thursday. Acting on a police tip-off, the Seri Alam police Criminal Investigation Division arrested the suspects on Dec 23. The couple is expected to be charged at the Sessions Court here at 9am tomorrow.
