Jade Grannell was handed the two-year CBO at Chester Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, February 17 after officers provided evidence of her displaying antisocial behaviour across Ellesmere Port. The 37-year-old is now banned from a large area in Ellesmere Port. Grannell must also not enter any address or premises from which she has already been barred or asked to leave, in writing. Constable Lucy Hawkins said: “Grannell has caused persistent and escalating anti-social behaviour and this CBO has been sought to put a stop to her behaviour, while hopefully providing long‑term prevention of this conduct.
