Nelci Tetley, 67, is accused of murdering her boyfriend by shooting him in the head and chopping him up. It is reported Tetley has now been named as a person of interest after a man's body was dumped in the Tomoka River 10 years earlier. Police Chief Craig Capri said it all started to slot together last July when his officers found a bloody, gory mess. He was dead eight months later.
