Abigail Leatherland, 26, and her ex Thomas Curd, 31, have been charged with killing the little girl in Liskeard, Cornwall. They both appeared in Bodmin Magistrates' Court today and will appear in Crown Court tomorrow. The pair are also charged with causing or allowing the death or serious injury to a child, according to Devon and Cornwall Police. An investigation was launched by the Major Crime Investigation Team in Bodmin and the couple were charged yesterday.
