KARACHI: Karachi police claimed to have arrested 12 criminals, including four smugglers, in different parts of the city in the wee hours of Friday. Meanwhile, Zaman Town police arrested an accused and recovered a 30-bore TT pistol with rounds and a motorbike from him. In different search operations in Monghopir, Surjani Town, and Mouchko areas police apprehended three smugglers and recovered smuggled laptops, spare parts and medicines from them. Surjani Town police arrested an accused and recovered 800 litres of smuggled Iranian Diesel from him. The police have registered FIRs against arrested and accused and have started further investigations.
