Text message apologyOn Jan. 31, two days after the alleged incident took place, the woman said Noble texted her, apologizing. In her statement, the woman explains that a CPS officer suggested she seek a restraining order against Noble, as an investigation into her allegations was set to begin. The matter of the restraining order remains before the court. A hearing to determine if the restraining order will be imposed takes place at the end of this month.
