Mehwish, 32, experienced labor pains aboard the Chhattisgarh Express train en route to the Attari railway station, necessitating an impromptu stop in Ludhiana. The train made an unscheduled halt, and Mehwish was swiftly taken to Lord Mahavira Civil Hospital in Ludhiana, where she successfully delivered a baby girl. The journey to the Attari Border, accompanied by Mehwish’s brother Jibran Khan, was meant to be a return to their home country.
