Karlee Besse, who worked as a remote staff for the Canadian firm was found to be wasting time by the TimeCamp software. She also demanded the employer pay her Rs 3.03 lakh in unpaid wages and severances. The TimeCamp software installed by the company on the staff's system found out that Besse mostly misspent her working hours, away from the desk.
