A man has died and a woman is fighting for her life in hospital after taking 'dangerous and harmful drugs'. Police have issued a warning after a 25-year-old man died and an 18-year-old woman was taken to hospital, where she remains in a critical condition, in the Cardiff area. 'These drugs are illegal and there is every possibility that they may contain a cocktail of toxic ingredients.
