The police scene on Friedlanders Rd, Manurewa, where someone was rushed from to hospital with serious injuries. Police have removed a vehicle from an Auckland property after a person was found seriously injured in the street, according to a witness. A police spokeswoman said officers were notified about 2.11pm on Saturday that a person had serious injuries on Friedlanders Rd, Manurewa. A worker at the nearby McDivitt Street Superette said customers had told her Friedlanders Rd was blocked at both ends by police. "They have a police guard guarding the scene.”Police confirmed a scene guard would remain at the property overnight and that the injured person was not a child.
