Juthaporn reportedly attempted to collect the debt on July 3, the day she disappeared, the source said. Supachai allegedly filmed footage linked to that Facebook page, and could be the person who accessed the account via a cell phone, the source said. Supachai, 30, who has been dismissed from the military, had already been charged with illegal detention, stealing Juthaporn’s car, using fake documents and destroying another person’s documents leading to damages. On Tuesday morning, Juthaporn’s relatives filed an objection at court to Supachai’s bail release as they claimed he could tamper with the evidence.
