Without Barack Obama, there is no Donald Trump. Even now, when Trump veers from one provocation to another, from one display of ignorance to another, his followers shower him with donations. Trump is so obviously unsuited for the job of president of the United States, but he is the nominee most suited to answer this call. As nasty as Donald Trump gets, his poll numbers stay strong.
