They're now telling us that they're going to hike the cash rate to 4%. "I think with every rate rise the chance of a recession increases. I don't think they have to deliver the full 4% cash rate [the RBNZ is now forecasting]. I think they'll end with a cash rate somewhere between 3% and 3.5%. I think that's more than enough.
