(NYSE: WIT) cannot join any of the company's nine rivals for at least 12 months after they leave the firm, the Hindustan Times reported. The information comes from a lawsuit filed by Wipro over the departure of CFO Jatin Dalal, who joined Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. (NASDAQ: CTSH), one of the nine firms. According to the newspaper, executives cannot join these other firms: Accenture, Capgemini, Deloitte, DXC Technologies, HCL IBM, Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services and Tech Mahindra.
