The National Weather Service's Weather Prediction Center said the transcontinental storm system that brought blizzard conditions to the Upper Midwest will bring between 6 to 12 inches of snow from the eastern Dakotas to northern Michigan on Sunday, creating "havoc for Thanksgiving holiday travelers." Starting off maybe as a little snow, crossing over into rain and eventually back to a little bit of snow."
