Santa-worthy weatherThe frosty shift comes just in time for the annual Toronto Santa Claus Parade. Peter Beresford, parade president and CEO, urges parade-goers to layer up with sweaters, jackets, hats and mitts on Sunday. Children were bundled up for the cold as they watched the 2014 Santa Claus Parade. While Torontonians might not welcome the chilly weather, Beresford said Santa Claus is fine with it. This year's new Santa float is 42 feet, which is 12 feet longer than usual.
