Winnipeg police are asking for the public's help to locate a woman who has been missing since April 10. Police said they are concerned for the woman's well-being and have asked anyone with information to contact the Missing Persons Unit at 250-986-6250 Police said Kelsie Jones, 23, was last seen in the St. Vital area. She is five-foot-three, with long blonde and red hair and brown eyes.
