Winning senators, party-list groupsto be proclaimed on May 22–ComelecBy The Manila TimesTHE Commission on Elections (Comelec), sitting as the National Board of Canvassers (NBOC), decided to hold the official proclamation of the winning senators and party-list groups on Wednesday, May 22, at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC). The winning 12 senators will be proclaimed at 10 a.m.The proclamation of the party-list groups will be at 7 p.m.Each senator and partylist group is allowed a maximum of five guests. The Comelec completed its canvassing of all 167 certificates of canvass (CoCs) on Tuesday night. The last CoC to be canvassed came from Washington D.C. Final official count:1.
