Joemel Panisa, from Oregon, was clearing out his home office on Monday when he found the ticket, the Oregon Lottery said. He had just eight days left to claim the win - and cashed in the ticket the same day. But during a snow storm over recent weeks, he decided to clean his house and discovered the ticket on January 9.
