MEREDITH — The Winni Players Community Theatre will present its 5th annual Halloween-themed radio play on Oct. 20 and 21. The three Halloween tales, coupled with some lighter interludes, make up this year’s Radio Variety Hour. Rudyard Kipling's "The Mark of the Beast" is the first of three stories to be heard in a night of radio drama. As in years past, the setting is a 1940s radio station and the cast will be reading the script as if they are the cast of the radio theatre.
