A suspect in a home shooting is believed to be in the area of Pillette Road and Wyandotte Street East in Windsor. WINDSOR, ONT.—Police say they have arrested a camouflaged gunman who had been on the loose in Windsor, Ont., for hours. They had also asked all residents in the area to stay inside and two schools in the area were closed. The search prompted investigators to warn residents to stay away from the area between Pillette Road, Riverside Drive and South National Street, just south of the Detroit River. Police said the suspect, 29-year-old Richard Wallace, was wanted on weapons-related charges.
