Melbourne House, just off The Nursery in Devizes, was put up for sale by the council after being fenced off earlier this year. Wiltshire Council told this paper that they are continuing with the sale process for the site but cannot confirm anything further at this stage. The property also boasts a dry cellar and basement, and a roofline observatory on the top floor.
