Source: TwitterThe alleged whistleblower's report claimed that the then-presidential candidate Raila Odinga won the elections by 8,170,355 votes representing 58% edging out President William Ruto who allegedly had 5,915,973 votes, 42%. This is however in contrast to the 49%-50% official result for Raila and Ruto announced by IEBC chair Wafula Chebukati respectively. The ODM leader recently called on Kenyans to reject William Ruto as the president insisting that he won the election.
