Toronto Maple Leafs coach Mike Babcock had a simple message for William Nylander after he ended a goal slump with the winner on Thursday. Moments before Nylander scored the game's only goal, Andersen made one of his biggest saves of the night to bail out the 21-year-old Swede after a giveaway. Nylander went 11 games between goals before scoring his fourth of the season and first since Oct. 21. The Leafs nearly scored midway through the first on the man advantage, but Schneider came up big twice. "He's one of the best goaltenders when it comes to reading a play," said van Riemsdyk.
