DMP’s Ramna division Deputy Commissioner Maruf Hossain Sardar on Sunday told bdnews24.com: “The girl was being treated at DMCH. Her father is ‘Ramzan’ and mother Tania Begum. Risha was stabbed in her stomach and hand by a youth on the footover bridge in front of her school at Kakrail on Wednesday afternoon. DC Maruf Hossain Sardar said Risha’s mother had started a case against Obayed with Ramna police on Wednesday. Police questioned four staff of the tailoring shop, but they are yet to catch Obayed, he said.​
