At around 5pm on Saturday, the Jacksonville Jaguars will make their fourth-round pick in the 2019 NFL draft. One projection had them going for a quarterback as back-up to Nick Foles; another had them strengthening at tight end. But just as interesting as who they pick will be where they announce it — for the fourth year in a row the franchise will use London as the “home” base from which they reveal a later-round draft selection. “We see London as our second home so we thought it would be a fantastic opportunity to announce a pick from here,” Hussain Naqi, the team’s senior vice-president, international development, explained. Every NFL team can announce picks from their home market from the fourth round on.
