Neighbor News Will be seeking NYS financial help to create housing @ four corners This is a great opportunity to obtain funding since the Governor is prioritizing housing creation near train stations Reply https://www.nytimes.com/2023/0...Planning to push hard for state financial assistance so town could pursue the construction of mixed use housing at the 4 corners in Hartsdale -which is within walking distance of the Hartsdale train station. We will need help to address drainage/flooding issues on Central Ave, and will also need financial help addressing traffic flow if housing is built. Probably will need turning lanes on W and E Hartsdale Ave to avoid congestion. This is the opportunity to push hard for financial assistance from Albany since the Governor has prioritized the creation of housing near train stations. My letter in the Times highlights my recommendations to the state.
