Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, has inaugurated the state committee for the funeral of the late Attorney General of Rivers State, Emmanuel Aguma. Inaugurating the committee at the Government House in Port Harcourt on Friday, Wike charged the committee members to ensure that the late attorney general received a befitting burial. The governor said that the elaborate state burial committee was on the premise of late Aguma’s outstanding contributions to the development of the state. He charged the committee to ensure that the comprehensive programme for the burial is available by Wednesday next week. Chairman of the State Committee for the Funeral of the late attorney general of Rivers State, Austin Opara, said he wished the committee was for the celebration of the outstanding qualities of late Aguma.
