In a statement, Caloocan City Mayor Oca Malapitan said residents will surely benefit from the wifi kiosks, especially with the rapidly developing technology. The unveiling of the wifi kiosks on November 6 was led by Caloocan Councillor Enteng Malapitan, Caloocan City Administrator Engr. Malapitan plans to add more wifi kiosks in other areas of the city, especially in North Caloocan, in the following years.
