The only question is: Why would Acosta want to join Trump's team? He has experience in the public sector, having served in the Department of Justice Civil Rights division. Acosta is a safe and thoughtful pick; so much so that it is surprising Trump did not choose him first. Consider that Trump barely spoke of Acosta at the news conference that was ostensibly to announce his nomination.
