Why we should invest in arts and cultureOPINION:Museum staffI wish to support Cr Toni Biddle's letter (March 16) regarding recognising and valuing our qualified and experienced staff who care for and display our local culture and heritage. Vibrant and exciting programmes and displays are created by people who have the skills and time to make them happen. Cities that have vibrant arts communities and celebrate their heritage are wonderful places to live in and attract people to them. Are normal citizens to be accorded the same opportunity to circumvent the rule of law and thus invalidate it?
