What this meant was that lockdown 2.0 resulted in no reduction to working hours for those with digital chops. The flip side of this is that if you are digitally disempowered then Covid and lockdown would have been tough. And I fear it will not have delivered measurable improvement to the digitally excluded in this latest lockdown.
