Reports yesterday that the Sixers are/were looking at trade possibilities for Ben Simmons kind of created a ripple throughout the NBA, as opposed to when they allegedly thought about offering him in a James Harden deal months and months ago. Simmons is a gifted athlete, big and strong and quick. What no one has seen is Simmons being able, or willing, to fix it. I don’t think there’s a logical match in a trade, even if they think they can change Simmons, or at least improve him. And, most important, I don’t think there should be any interests.
