Knowing someone has a gun isn't really the issue. The similarities are that both places are quite isolated and the people look at you funny. The differences are that in Dunedin the people looking at you funny are strangers, so that's understandable. I wouldn't say ''should'', I'd say ''can if they want to''. From my perspective, an hour of country music is an hour well spent, but that's not true for all people.
