Hinshaw warned if Millrise didn't increase the level of care, AHS would escalate its actions — and it did. After "a few very tough days" because of symptomatic staff, Millrise said it was working to get back to a higher level of staffing. Friends of Medicare executive director Sandra Azocar says the pandemic has shown seniors care needs to be overhauled.
