Bloodstains and a discarded shoe lie in the street in the aftermath of the mass shooting at the Route 91 Harvest festival in Las Vegas. Gun rights advocates hang back, waiting for the public’s sorrow and outrage to subside. The organization’s NRA Country program sponsors concerts, festivals and benefits for military and veteran groups.
