Toby S James and Sead Alihodzic presents thought-provoking arguments on whether or not it’s democratic to postpone elections. In their article, “When is it democratic to postpone an election? And this forms the premise upon which I anchor my arguments on why the 2022 General Election should and can be postponed. Now, one year to the 2022, the process of recruiting four commissioners to the IEBC is yet to be concluded. If we don’t take caution, I can almost guess that the 2007/8 post elections’ violence might look like a kindergarten play.
