I don’t mean to be rude but do Lib Dems smell? They’ve got a clear position on Brexit which less than two years ago half the country agreed with. They’ve got local elections in London, the capital of Remoania, and their own leader is from the city too. They have also, and let’s not underestimate this, got a leader who doesn’t only appear under headlines about gay sex being a sin. Never mind the Tories delivering a mind-melting mess of Brexit, led by a vote-losing automatron who doesn’t believe in it, and an opposition ripping pages out of the Lib Dem playbook for wooing special interest groups such as students (don’t tell them how the story ends).
