Additionally, it’s important to note that even though Gen Z employees may not require hand-holding like their millennial counterparts, they do value mentorship. As you work on integrating Gen Z into the workplace, make sure you have a proper mentor program set up beforehand. Providing a workplace where your Gen Z employees can continuously grow will make major strides in establishing long-term loyalty and trust. When this is achieved, forming an organization that earns the trust of Gen Z becomes much easier.
