A little more than one week ago, TikTok stepped on to US shores as a naturalised citizen. Storms and ICEDuring the weekend that followed the transfer of TikTok’s ownership, the US weathered two major events. An unknown number of users said they were decamping from the new American TikTok in response to its perceived censorship. TikTok’s week of mayhem began with Trump. The only aspect of TikTok’s miserable week Trump had no hand in was the winter weather.
