During the 2015 Qld State Election this is when things became interesting in Cleveland.
In 2017 the Greens vote gradually climbed to 13.7% of the vote by 3,812 votes when army veteran Brad Scott contested for the Greens.
This all up with Labor, Teal, and Greens votes combined was 14,580 votes if preferences flowed.
