IEBC systems return a "Records not found" error when his ID number is keyed in. A sizeable chunk of the electorate soon started saying that they had discovered disparities when they keyed in their ID numbers. The Opposition continues to bash IEBC saying it did not expunge over one million dead voters whoa are said to be still in the register. There are now claims that retired president Mwai Kibaki is not a registered voter after a curious journalist keyed in Kibaki’s ID number 0000002 only to discover he is not a registered voter. The former head of State was the first to be registered by IEBC by the virtue that he launched the voter registration campaign.
